Architecture should speak of its time and place, but yearn for timelessness.

For students of architecture and art, a study trip is an initial, immediate encounter with a place — the smell, the light, the scale of a space that you only truly feel when you are standing in the middle of it, in all weather, something no photo or plan can replace. Wonder plays a central role here: new experiences make what you see stick, and the selection of visited projects can shape a way of looking that you carry with you for life. At least as valuable is access to places that are normally closed, and the conversation with those who shape or preserve these places — an exchange that makes the difference between seeing and understanding.

logistical organization

From transport to accommodation: we plan everything well in advance, think along about the most suitable way to travel, and continuously monitor what remains financially feasible.

administration and finances

Students handle their travel administration and payment directly with us, separate from the school administration. This also keeps travel insurance clear, with the handling of it resting with us.
