How to take part in a planopli journey?
Step 1: registration
Fill in the appropriate registration form below (English version soon) that relates to the trip of your choice. Then send the requested attachments to planopli@planopli.net

Step 2: advance payment
You pay the advance payment mentioned on the wesite page of the respective journey to our KBC account with International Bank Account Number (IBAN) BE25 7350 4701 5682 and Bank Identifier Code (BIC) KREDBEBB mentioning the name of the journey followed by your name. Only when we have received the payment, the registration for the respective trip is final.
By making this payment you accept the general and special terms and conditions of planopli and you also declare that planopli is not responsible for accidents, theft or loss.
Step 3: required documents
Check if your passport (for intercontinental journeys) and/or identity card (for European journeys) are still valid and if you need any other documents. Please inform planopli as soon as possible about your passport number for intercontinental travel or your identity card number for European travel and send a scan of the passport or identity card, accompanied by a recent picture of yourself to our e-mail address planopli@planopli.net.
Step 4: balance
No later than 60 days before departure for intercontinental destinations and 30 days before departure for European destinations, you pay the balance of the trip.
A few weeks before departure you will receive the travel documents with details.
Is it possible that a trip will be cancelled?
Unfortunately, this is possible. For each trip a minimum (and/or maximum) number of people is foreseen. If by the deadline the minimum number of people has not been reached, the trip will be cancelled. Every traveller who has already registered will be informed by us and the advance payment will be fully reimbursed.
How to participate in an Archipel journey?
Step 1: registration
Fill in the (external) reservation form on the “Archipel” website:https://archipelvzw.be.
After your registration you will receive an order form from planopli.
Please return this dated and signed.
Step 2: advance payment
You pay the advance payment as confirmation of your participation to the account number BE04 7360 5669 3231 (BIC: KREDBEBB) of planopli designated for Archipel, stating “advance payment [the relevant trip]” + name of participant(s).
This transfer makes your registration final.
Step 3: required documents
Check as soon as possible if your passport and/or identity card are still valid and if you need any other documents. Please inform planopli as soon as possible about your passport number for intercontinental travel or your identity card number for European travel and send a scan/photo of the passport or identity card to the e-mail address martine@planopli.net.
Step 4: *balance
No later than 60 days before departure for overseas destinations and 30 days before departure for European destinations, you pay the balance of the trip into the account number BE04 7360 5669 3231 (BIC: KREDBEBB) of planopli designated for Archipel, stating ‘balance [the relevant trip]’ + name of participant(s).
A few weeks before departure you will receive the travel documents with details.
Is it possible that a trip will be cancelled?
