Evert Crols

After his architectural training in Antwerp, Evert moved to Amsterdam in 1992 to study for a Master of Architecture degree at the Berlage Instituut. He stayed in the Netherlands for five years, working as a freelancer at various offices including Neutelings Riedijk Architects.

In November 1997, Evert set up an independent design agency together with Dirk Engelen and Sven Grooten: B-architects. The agency works in an innovative way on various projects of different scales.

Throughout the years, Evert has travelled to all corners of the world, often in search of architectural pearls or fascinating urban development.
